Warranty Information

Paddles — 6-Month Limited Warranty

Love Pickle™ paddles are covered by a limited six (6) month warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship.

This includes defects relating to core materials, core deformation and delamination under normal playing conditions.

Bags & Backpacks — 6-Month Limited Warranty

Love Pickle™ bags, backpacks, totes and pouches are covered by a six (6) month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship during normal use.

Apparel & Accessories — 6-Month Limited Warranty

Love Pickle™ apparel and accessories are covered by a six (6) month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Paddle covers supplied free with a paddle are considered accessories and are not covered by the paddle warranty.

• The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Warranty applies only to products purchased from Love Pickle ProShop or an authorised Love Pickle retailer.
• A maximum of two (2) replacement paddles may be provided for each original paddle purchase where a valid warranty claim is approved.
• Any replacement paddle supplied under warranty carries only the remaining balance of the original warranty period.

• Normal wear and tear including grip wear, edge guard wear, surface wear, face wear or cosmetic graphic fading from regular play.
• Damage caused by striking anything other than a pickleball, including the ground, another paddle, fences or tennis balls.
• Use of the paddle in temperatures below 5°C (41°F).
• Any modification, repair or alteration made after purchase.
• Cosmetic imperfections or rattling that do not affect the performance of the product.
• Products used for commercial, coaching fleet or rental purposes.
• Demo products, factory seconds, blemished products, giveaway items or competition prizes.
• Damage resulting from failure to follow the recommended care instructions.

Products from our partner brands are covered by each manufacturer's own warranty. Warranty periods, conditions and exclusions vary between manufacturers. We will gladly assist you with your warranty claim where possible.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, please email our support team with:

1. Your order number.
2. A description of the fault or issue.
3. Clear photos or a short video showing the problem.

We'll respond as quickly as possible with the next steps. Please do not return any product until return instructions have been provided by our support team.

Warranty claims may be declined where product care instructions have not been followed.

Important: Do not use a rubber eraser on titanium surface paddles, including the Love Pickle Titanium Supreme. Doing so may damage the paddle face and void the warranty.

Titanium paddles should only be cleaned using a soft damp microfibre cloth.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws in your country.

The benefits provided under the Love Pickle™ warranty and any applicable manufacturer's warranty are in addition to your statutory rights.
